Key Responsibilities
- Assess and underwrite motor insurance risks in line with company and insurer guidelines.
- Handle policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, escalations, referrals, and approvals efficiently.
- Utilize insurance portals for quotation, issuance, and endorsements.
- Apply accurate rating and underwriting practices to ensure competitive and compliant pricing.
- Manage renewals with a focus on achieving a high retention ratio.
- Assist with claims procedures and provide support in claim-related escalations when required.
- Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain strong client interaction and provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with insurers, underwriters, and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to support new business acquisition and renewal strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate underwriting and policy documentation.
- Report underwriting activities, referral cases, and renewal status to management regularly.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ UAE experience in motor underwriting within a broking firm.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting practices, claims processes, and portal usage.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CBUAE insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English essential; Arabic an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with insurers and clients.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts).
- Must be residing in Dubai.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
