Harley-Davidson of Lynchburg is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our sales team! This is a full-time opportunity for someone who loves motorcycles, thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and wants to build a long-term career with us.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a friendly, high-energy motorcycle sales experience using our dealership sales process.
• Engage and build rapport with guests, guiding them through the bike fitment and demo process.
• Ride and facilitate demo experiences with customers.
• Meet or exceed realistic sales goals while maintaining top-notch customer service.
• Log guest interactions and follow up using a CRM system.
• Participate in daily sales training, team meetings, and dealership events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in automotive or motorcycle sales.
• Must have a motorcycle endorsement and ability to push/move bikes 900+ lbs.
• Outgoing, motivated, and passionate about motorcycles.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Finance and Insurance experience is a plus.
