Mould Designer

Position: Mould/Die Design Engineer

Job Description: Design and develop dies, molds, and tooling for rubber and engineering components. Create detailed 2D and 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks. Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and efficiency. Coordinate with production and tool room teams to validate designs and implement improvements. Modify and update existing die designs based on feedback and production requirements. Support in troubleshooting die-related issues during production. Maintain organized documentation of designs, revisions, and BOMs.

Skills Required: Proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory) for 3D modeling and die design. Understanding of die/mold manufacturing processes and materials. Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards. Ability to coordinate with tool room and production teams for design validation. Problem-solving skills with a focus on practical implementation.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool and Die Engineering.

Experience: 0–2 years in die/mold design (freshers with SolidWorks knowledge may apply).

Preferred: Experience in rubber or polymer die design. Exposure to CNC machining and CAM programming basics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
