Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform moulding tasks following work instructions

• Apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles and trim glass

• Assemble root plate with bushings

• Lay profiles and place bag over shell

• Complete the infusion process – vacuum check, begin infusion, trouble shoot and take temperatures for remainder of process

• Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines

• Maintain 5s standards

  
  

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to push/pull heavy objects.

• Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.

• Ability to work with hands for an extended period.

• Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.

• Requires usage of respirator.

  
  

Desired Characteristics

• High School Diploma/GED or related experience

• Previous Manufacturing experience

Position Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
