Mover

We are looking for an experienced Mover (or Someone willing to learn) to help us transport goods for our Customers to their New Residences. You'll need to be able to lift heavy objects, work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions. Mover responsibilities include delivering, unloading and assembling some items for customers. We need you to be a responsible person with excellent customer service skills. You should be an organized and hard-working person with a good degree of physical strength and stamina. You will be interacting directly with customers, so it is essential that you are friendly and have good social skills. Ultimately, the goal of the Mover is to ensure the timely delivery of all products to customers undamaged.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the logistical aspects of transporting belongings.
• Load and unload various household goods from trucks or Pods.
• Work with a team of 2 more more to accomplish moving needs for Customers.
• Provide customers with updates about their belongings’ status and the delivery date.
• Handle the necessary paperwork for the move (packing lists, inventory).
• Be On time and ready to work every Morning you are Scheduled.
• Communicate with customers to answer any questions or address concerns about the move.
• Hourly Rates include Tips possibly received from Customers. historically its $25 to $35 hourly depending on tip compensation.
