The Courtyard Cinema at Mackinaw Crossings is a beloved movie theater located in the heart of Mackinaw City, one of northern Michigan's most popular tourist destinations. We're looking for friendly, dependable people to help create a great experience for guests every show night.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with ticketing and seating
• Operate the ticket booth and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Prepare and sell concessions including popcorn, beverages, and snacks
• Set up and clean the theater between screenings
• Monitor the auditorium during showings and assist guests as needed
• Keep concession stands and common areas clean and well-stocked throughout your shift
• Answer guest questions about show times, pricing, and the property

What we're looking for

• Friendly, outgoing attitude with a genuine interest in guest service
• Reliable and punctual — evening and weekend availability required
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience a plus, but not required
• Must be 16 or older

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
