Job Summary
Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Mowing Crew Member, where your energy and dedication will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, well-maintained environments. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise mowing, lawn care, and landscape maintenance tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Operate mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and turf areas.
• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure clean and crisp landscape appearances.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, tree care, tree trimming, and shrubbery upkeep.
• Support hardscape projects by preparing sites for installation or repair of pathways, patios, or retaining walls.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during equipment operation and landscape activities to prevent accidents or injuries.

Experience

• Prior experience with lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with horticulture practices such as gardening, tree care, and plant health management is a plus.
• Knowledge of snowplowing procedures can be beneficial for seasonal work opportunities.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of landscape maintenance techniques, including mowing schedules, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation, is advantageous. Join us to bring outdoor spaces to life!
