Mowing crew lead

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mowing Crew Lead to oversee daily landscaping operations for both commercial and residential properties. This role is responsible for managing and directing a crew to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high quality standards. The ideal candidate must be experienced in operating landscaping equipment and capable of driving a large truck and trailer between job sites. You will be expected to plan daily routes, communicate with team members, and ensure all work meets client expectations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment are essential. Prior landscaping experience and a valid driver’s license with the ability to tow equipment are required.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
