Zales Lawn and Landscaping is hiring a full-time Mow Crew Journeyman (Lead) to lead daily landscape maintenance services and help train apprentices in the field. This role is ideal for someone with mowing and landscape maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and wants to grow with a strong team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily mowing routes for residential and commercial properties
• Train and guide apprentices through landscape maintenance services
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup to company standards
• Help keep crews productive, safe, and on schedule
• Monitor equipment condition and report issues promptly
• Maintain a professional jobsite and strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Landscape maintenance and mowing experience
• Ability to lead others and train entry-level team members
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license preferred
