Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to delivering high-quality landscaping services. The ideal candidate has several years of field experience and is confident managing a crew, operating equipment, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on a daily basis
• Perform and oversee lawn maintenance, cleanups, mulching, planting, and other landscaping services
• Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client satisfaction
• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Adapt to changing job site conditions and weather

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years of landscaping experience in the field
• Proven leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to drive and maneuver a truck with a trailer
• Strong work ethic; reliable, hardworking, and committed
• Responsible and punctual with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labor

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
