Job Description:

• Mowing: Assist in mowing lawns to ensure an even, well-manicured appearance, following the Foreman’s instructions for mower settings and techniques.
• Trimming: Help with trimming edges, walkways, and around obstacles, ensuring clean and tidy borders as directed by the Foreman.
• Weeding: Support the removal of weeds from lawns, flower beds, and landscaped areas using hand tools or safe treatments as outlined by the Foreman.
• Grounds Maintenance: Participate in general property upkeep, including leaf raking, debris blowing, and mulching, under the Foreman’s supervision.
• Team Support: Work alongside other crew members to complete tasks efficiently and safely, following the Foreman’s guidance and maintaining a high standard of work.

Do you have the following qualities?

• Great attitude, hardworking, and can work on a team
• Reliable Monday - Friday
• Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous turf maintenance/mow crew experience - at least 1 year. Not required but preferred
