Mowing Foreman

Job Duties:

• Mowing: Supervise and lead the crew in mowing lawns, ensuring an even, well-manicured appearance by adjusting mower settings for different grass types and conditions.
• Trimming: Oversee trimming along edges, walkways, and around obstacles (such as trees and fences), ensuring a clean and tidy finish to all lawn borders.
• Weeding: Guide the team in removing weeds from lawns, flower beds, and landscaped areas, using hand tools or applying safe treatments to keep the landscape looking neat.
• Grounds Maintenance: Manage general property upkeep, including leaf raking, debris blowing, and mulching to maintain a well-kept, clean landscape.
• Running the Crew: Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 crew members, ensuring efficient task delegation, safety, and high-quality results. Keep the team on schedule and report any issues or concerns to management.

A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Previous Foreman experience – at least 2 years
• Available to work Monday – Friday with occasional overtime as needed
