Mozaik Cabinet Designer / CNC Programmer

About the role:

Dallas Cabinet Studio is a custom cabinetry fabrication + installation shop. We’re hiring a Mozaik specialist to own the design-to-production pipeline: build accurate cabinet models, generate shop drawings, produce cutlists/labels/BOMs, and output CNC-ready files for our shop workflow.

What you’ll do

• Build/clean cabinet and casework models in Mozaik from approved designs and field dimensions
• Apply our construction standards (frameless/face frame as required), materials, hardware, and joinery methods
• Produce shop drawings, elevations, and install-ready documentation
• Generate cut lists, labels, BOMs, and optimized part outputs for production
• Create/maintain a reusable Mozaik library (cabinet templates, materials, hardware rules, naming conventions)
• Coordinate with the shop to ensure parts are CNC-ready for our router workflow (AvidCNC 4896)
• Manage revisions/change control (versioning, re-posting updates cleanly)
• Help standardize a measurement-to-production checklist to prevent field misses

What we’re looking for

Required

• Strong experience with Mozaik in a cabinet shop or production environment
• Proven ability to create accurate shop drawings + production outputs (cutlists/labels/BOM)
• Comfortable working from field dimensions and coordinating clarifications
• Detail-oriented: tolerances, reveals, consistent naming/labeling, and low rework

Preferred

• Experience supporting a CNC cabinet workflow (nesting/optimization strategy, job staging)
• Familiarity with common cabinet hardware systems (hinges, slides, boring patterns)
• Experience building and maintaining a production library/standards

Pay: $58,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
