Job Title: MRO Repair Engineer,
Experience range: 3-10 Years of experience in Aero Engine Repair Engineering

Education: BE or BTech in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineer.
- Good understanding on the construction and working of aircraft engines, various parts of the engine and their functions.
- Hands-on experience in the various types of repair and maintenance processes involved in the restoration of variety of damaged commonly observed on Aero engine components
- Hands on experience in how to sequence various operations during different repair processes
- Good understanding of engine overhaul process.
- Ability to interpret the technical data contained in the various manuals involved in the MRO process of Aeroengines
- Ability to read drawings and interpret drawings of complex engine parts;
- Hands on experience to produce clear graphics using various software to provide the necessary and sufficient information, including understanding GD&T
- Experience in producing the supporting document to technically approve repairs solutions and to meet regulatory requirements
- Aware of airworthiness regulatory and flight safety requirements
- Knowledge of the various alloys and materials used in the manufacture of different engine hardware
- 2-5 years in a commercial/military aircraft engine MRO shop or in a company that does repair development engineering work on aircraft engine parts would be added advantage
