MRP Officer (Bags)

Anwar Khawaja Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MRP Officer (Bags Division) to manage material requirement planning, inventory control, and production coordination for bag manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of raw materials, optimize inventory levels, and support smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for bag production
• Plan raw material procurement based on production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement departments
• Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for bag products
• Track material consumption and update records
• Generate daily/weekly production and material reports
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in planning process

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MRP and inventory management
• Understanding of BOM and production planning
• ERP system knowledge (preferred)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good coordination and communication abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in bags, sports goods, or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of material costing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
