Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MRP within a supply/planning environment.
- Experience in meat/poultry processing within an FMCG environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedules as required.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant software.
Key Competencies:
- Advanced production planning (short & long term scheduling aligned with demand and resources).
- Efficient resource coordination (livestock, feed, labor, and processing).
- Contingency planning for supply chain or operational disruptions.
- Data-driven decision making using forecasting and analytical tools.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Continuous process optimization to improve efficiency and product quality.
