MS and HS Teacher

## Overview
We are seeking a passionate Teacher to join our team at a private Christian school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students, possess strong behavior management skills, and be adept at lesson planning.

## Responsibilities
- Create engaging lesson plans that align with the school's approved curriculum
- Provide individualized instruction to students through tutoring and small group activities
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom lessons
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to support student growth and development

## Experience
### Required Skills:

- Personal relationship with Christ

- Bachelors Degree in Education or Teaching but not required

- Teaching experience preferred

- Must pass a background check
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong literacy education background
- Ability to write and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in using learning technology

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a private school environment

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
