MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - F&O

The MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Finance & Operations (F&O) is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions within a dynamic business and enterprise environment. The role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, QA, and support functions to deliver scalable, process-driven, and high-quality ERP solutions while ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and analyze business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules based on business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose optimal system-based solutions
  • Support system integrations, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide functional support during system enhancements, upgrades, and go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot functional issues across testing and production environments
  • Prepare user documentation, process flows, and training materials
  • Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment ensuring on-time project delivery


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong functional expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting) and/or Supply Chain Management modules
  • Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation cycles (Requirement Gathering to Go-Live)
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O are a strong plus
  • Positive attitude with strong ownership and a continuous learning mindset
