We are expanding our Enterprise Applications team and seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to support ongoing ERP/CRM transformation initiatives.
Position Overview
The Microsoft Dynamics Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or CE modules depending on assignment). The role requires strong technical expertise in the Dynamics ecosystem, integrations, and business process automation to support enterprise-scale deployments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in customizing Dynamics solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and optimizing business workflows across departments such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization
- Design and develop custom modules, plugins, workflows, and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Customize and configure Dynamics CE/CRM or Finance & Operations modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integrations).
- Build and optimize data entities, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
Integration & Architecture
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware solutions.
- Develop custom connectors and data migration scripts.
- Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics and other enterprise applications (ERP, HRIS, Finance tools).
Solution Design & Optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Optimize performance, security roles, and system architecture.
- Support upgrades, patch management, and version transitions.
Testing & Deployment
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT cycles.
- Participate in CI/CD deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Functional Consultants.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Support client engagements and technical demonstrations when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or F&O).
- Strong experience in:
- C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Dynamics SDK & Plugin Development
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Azure services integration
- Experience with REST APIs, data migration, and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of security roles and data governance within Dynamics.
- Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications/ Power Platform / D365 Developer Associate or equivalent
- Experience in ERP implementations or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA – if applicable).
- Experience working in consulting or multi-client environments.
