About the Role

We are looking for a talented MS Excel Expert / Data Research Specialist to join our growing team for U.S.-based projects. This on-site, night shift position is perfect for someone who loves working with data, enjoys research, and wants to build an international career in reporting and analytics.

You’ll handle large data files, perform accurate research, and create professional Excel-based reports for our U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, clean, and organize large datasets with precision.
• Use advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.).
• Conduct detailed online research and collect verified data.
• Identify and fix data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Prepare and share clean, formatted reports with teams and clients.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory).
• Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong research, data entry, and organization abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Previous experience in data analysis or reporting preferred.
• Must be comfortable working night shift (7 PM – 4 AM), on-site in Gulberg 3, Lahore.
