Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose orthopedic conditions.
- Interpret X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, and other diagnostic reports.
- Provide treatment plans that integrate modern orthopedics with Ayurvedic Shalyatantra principles.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and pain management specialists for non-surgical interventions.
3. Patient Care & Rehabilitation
- Educate patients on post-treatment rehabilitation, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and recovery, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and pain specialists for rehabilitation therapy.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and hospital protocols.
6. Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, pain specialists, and rehabilitation experts.
- Work closely with administration and hospital management for smooth department functioning.
- Participate in CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and interdisciplinary meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: MS (Shalyatantra) from a recognized institution.
