M.Sc. Fresher – R&D (API Manufacturing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated M.Sc. freshers to join our R&D team in the API manufacturing division. The candidate will assist in process development, analytical testing, documentation, and scale-up activities under the guidance of senior scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and optimization of synthetic processes for API manufacturing.
• Perform laboratory experiments as per approved protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation of experimental data in lab notebooks.
• Support technology transfer activities from R&D to production.
• Conduct routine analysis using analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare reports, SOPs, and technical documents as required.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Production teams for smooth execution of projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Organic/Analytical Chemistry concepts.
• Basic understanding of API manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, IR, UV).
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of GMP & regulatory guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
