Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Tableau and MS Excel. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity contributing to the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights.

• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and visualization.
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
• Optimize data collection processes and implement data management best practices.
• Train and support team members in the use of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that align with the companys objectives.
• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Support the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong proficiency in Power BI Tableau and MS Excel for data analysis and visualization.
