MSIT Manager (Management System and Information Technology)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MSIT Manager to lead and manage the IT operations at our Premier Group Head Office. The ideal candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, data security, software systems, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
• Supervise IT staff and ensure timely technical support for all departments.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and data backup systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for system installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Oversee software management, ERP systems, and database operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and data protection laws.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Prepare regular IT performance and security reports for management.
