Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Havre, Montana
Compensation: $60/hr to $69/hr
Job Type: 13-Week Travel Contract | Variable Shift

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment at Northern Montana Health Center in Havre, MT. This role involves providing medically prescribed physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, focused on improving patient mobility, function, and quality of life following injury or illness.

Requirements:
Graduation from an APTA-Accredited Physical Therapy Program
Active Montana PT License (Must Be Current)
BLS Certification Required
Minimum 5 Years of Experience Preferred
Ability to Pass Background Check & Drug Screen
Strong Clinical Judgment and Empathetic Patient Care Approach

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Address impairments and functional limitations
Document patient progress using Meditech EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide patient-centered care considering age, gender, and cultural needs
