Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MT5 Administrator with strong technical expertise and fluency in Arabic to manage, maintain, and optimize our MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading environment. The ideal candidate will support trading operations, ensure platform stability, manage server configurations, handle user permissions, and coordinate with liquidity providers and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain MT5 servers, access servers, data feeds, and backup systems.

Monitor system performance, server health, and trading execution quality.

Create and manage trading groups, symbols, instruments, and routing configurations.

Implement and maintain risk management rules, trade monitoring, and operational alerts.

Provide technical support to internal teams and Arabic-speaking clients when needed.

Troubleshoot platform issues, bridge integrations, and connectivity problems.

Coordinate with liquidity providers, payment solutions, CRM vendors, and external technology partners.

Manage user permissions, manager accounts, plugins, and reporting systems.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and version upgrades.

Ensure compliance with trading regulations, internal policies, and security standards.

Prepare daily/weekly technical reports on system performance and incidents.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

Proven experience as MT5 Administrator or MT5 dealing/technical support.

Strong knowledge of MetaTrader 5 architecture, server configuration, symbols, and groups.

Hands-on experience with MT5 manager, administrator, and risk management tools.

Familiarity with bridging solutions, LP integrations, FIX API, and trading plugins.

Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL databases, and network troubleshooting.

Understanding of forex/CFD trading, order execution models, and pricing.

Languages

Fluency in Arabic (required)

Good command of English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications
