MTO Business & Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) with a focus on business analytics, data analytics, and project management to join our dynamic operations team. This position is designed to groom talented graduates into future leaders by providing hands-on exposure to data-driven decision-making, operational analysis, and project management across business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to leveraging data for insights, driving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training and development program focused on analytics, business operations, and project management.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, production, and business data to support decision-making.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and project progress.
• Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of data analysis, project outcomes, and performance metrics.
• Contribute innovative ideas for data-driven solutions and business process enhancements.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members on data tools, project management methodologies, and analytical best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management, BBA, BSCS, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internships or prior experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or project management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data analysis tools, reporting techniques, and project management principles.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
