Job Title: MTO Business Development

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Mindwhiz is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in staff augmentation, IT services, and recruitment solutions. We help businesses connect with top-tier talent while delivering customized IT services. As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and career-oriented MTO Business Development to support our sales and client engagement initiatives in the IT managed services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the IT managed services sector.
  • Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn, emails, and online research.
  • Participate in client communication and follow-ups under senior team supervision.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation based on client needs.
  • Observe and assist in sales meetings and calls to understand the complete sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Conduct basic market research to analyze trends, competitors, and client challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service alignment and clear communication.
  • Assist in sales reporting, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Develop a basic understanding of IT solutions such as helpdesk support, cybersecurity, and networking.
  • Participate in training sessions and actively contribute to team discussions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or IT services.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of IT services (helpdesk, cybersecurity, networking).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for U.S.-based clients.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research techniques.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and growth-focused mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
