About the Opportunity

Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Digital Marketing role. This is a structured 6-month internship program designed to provide hands-on exposure across key areas of digital marketing, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.

This role is ideal for ambitious early-career professionals who want practical, real-world experience in digital strategy, campaign execution, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Support content creation, including writing captions and developing basic creatives.
• Schedule posts and engage with online audiences to enhance engagement and brand presence.
• Contribute to both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
• Learn and assist with SEO initiatives, Google Ads campaigns, and performance analytics.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends and hashtags, and monitor competitor activities.
• Support reporting and tracking of digital campaign performance.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Google Ads (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
