About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – eCommerce Operations to join our growing e-commerce team. This structured 6-month trainee program is designed to develop future eCommerce specialists by providing hands-on experience across leading global marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces
• Support order processing, inventory coordination, and account management
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong academic background (A/O Levels completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program)
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-driven with a proactive learning mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: Up to Rs35,000.00 per month
