Waada is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MTO – HR to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in Human Resources, especially in recruitment for call center roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in bulk hiring for call center sales agents
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with operations teams
- Maintain hiring data and basic reports in MS Excel
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
