Job Description:

1. Recruitment and On boarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Support the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.

2. HR Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Assist in organising and filing HR related documents.

3. HR Policies and Compliance:

Assist in disseminating and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.

Support compliance efforts to ensure adherence to labour laws and organisational policies.

4. Benefits Administration:

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, Provident funds, and other perks.

5. Assistance in Employee Relations:

Aid in handling employee queries, concerns, and basic grievances escalating to appropriate HR personnel when needed.

6. General Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to emails.

Qualifications:

  • BBA, MBA(HR) or Bachelor's Psychology from a reputable university.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Fresh to 6 months to 1 of relevant HR experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices,
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Shift Timings:
(12:00 PM - 9:00PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
