Job Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) HR
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Experience Required: Fresh to 6 months

Job Overview:
As an MTO HR, you will undergo structured training and gain exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. This role offers a solid foundation for a long-term career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients as needed.
• Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting tasks.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of relevant experience (internship or full-time).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Good grip on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
