About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in HR. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement and company events.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
