Job Title: MTO IT (Information Technology)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Fresh graduate with BCS/BSIT/BSCS or equivalent degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT support, networking, and system maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10/11)
• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of common IT hardware (printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Good communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT team in daily technical support operations
• Help troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware/software issues
• Provide support in maintaining network systems across company locations
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
• Support documentation of IT procedures and system updates
• Help monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory
• Assist in resolving issues related to CCTV, biometric systems, printers, and scanners
• Perform any other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager
