Qualification:

• Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Telecommunication
• Solid understanding of VoIP, NGN, SBC, IMS, Microwave, Oftical fiber networks
• Knowledge of LAN Switches & Routers, basic troubleshooting skills & IP sub netting skills
• Knowledge of IP Core networks, IP Security working principles and Cyber Security Audit & operations (SIEM, SOAR etc)
• Strong knowledge in fundamental principles of VoIP protocols of SIP, H.323, H.248 and charging protocols
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to coordinate with vendors & internal customers

Job Description:

· Operations/Monitoring the voice over IP (VoIP) traffic both for international and National Interconnects

· Management of Cyber Security Network and Operations

· Management of Cloud network and Operations

· Management of Satellite Network and Operations

· Management of Data Services, DPLCs, IPLCs, IP BW and Dark fiber links

· Troubleshooting and fault handling of Voice Core network, Hardware/Software/Firmware on Level 3 without Vendor support

· Vendor Liaison for network faults beyond Level 3 to acquire maintenance support

· Remote monitoring and support for the operations and maintenance of Cloud machines

· Fault Maintenance for all nodes in VoIP Network

· Periodic recording the resource utilization of every node in Voice Core network

· VoIP/IMS complaint handling and resolutions to class 5 customers

· Monitoring of Signaling links either TDM or on IP with other carriers/operators

· New Numbering series implementation in all nodes of VoIP network

· Security Management and operations for VoIP and IP data core network to avoid hacking etc in L2/L3 Switches, routers, Session border controllers, Soft Switches, media gateways and allied equipment

· Performance management of Voice IP Core and TDM network to avoid the voice complaints because of any resource shortage requiring augmentation

· Implementation of traffic Management techniques to equally distribute the network resources among all users

· New Telecom Carrier additions for international Whole Sale traffic and International retail Traffic from/to Voice network

· Complaint handling and Fault Escalation to in case of transmission media issue with interconnect operators

· Test activities with different international operators for traffic to/from them in different categories

Weekly Activities:

· Performance health Checks for voice network on national as well as international nodes

· Back Up of revenue sensitive data to ensure offline availability of all records

· Technical Data Backups for all voice core network elements

· Inspection of power/environment related parameters in Voice core equipment

· Testing of system redundancy

· Weekly Progress reports/Management reports

Monthly/Quarterly Activities:

· Verification Of Available Spares for Core Network

· Backup of Application and Service Data on all Network Elements

· VAPT of critical infrastructure and Data

Hardware test to ensure the optimum functionality

· Audit of System Security data

· Preventive Maintenance of all Nodes of Core Network

· Coordination for Network Inspections and audits

· Testing of DR/BCP on all core network nodes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
