Job Overview:

The MTO Marketing creates and executes customized marketing strategies, content, and campaigns tailored to specific client needs and target audiences. This role involves content creation, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and data analysis to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in social media, or content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create tailored marketing campaigns based on client goals and customer insights.
  • Content Creation: Develop customized content for social media, blogs, emails, and ads.
  • Social Media Management: Design and execute personalized social media strategies and paid ads.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and insights.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends and customer behavior
