Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in marketing? We are hiring Management Trainee Officers (MTOs)! This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to launch their careers and gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry while learning from experienced professionals.

Education: Recent graduates with a BBA, MBA, Engineers, Nutritionists, Pharmacists, Biotechnologists, Bioinformaticians.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for healthcare marketing with a keen interest in consumer trends.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Creative skills in designing marketing materials, creating engaging content, and branding is an added advantage.
• Experience or knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Stipend: Rs. 50,000 per month (Additional Rs. 10,000 Accommodation allowance for non-residents)
