MTO - Sales | Faisalabad

Key Responsiblities:

-Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

-Support in developing new business opportunities and customer acquisition.

-Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and generate leads.

-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

-Conduct market surveys to track competitor activities and market trends.

-Report market insights and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.

-Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

-Ensure timely collection of client payments.

Key Skills and competencies:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Negotiation and persuasion abilities.

-Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

-Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification and Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or MBA in Marketing.

-Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.

-Strong knowledge of the Faisalabad market will be an added advantage.
