MUET Teacher

ACE Education is looking for passionate and experienced MUET Tutors to join our teaching team. The tutor will be responsible for preparing students for the Malaysian University English Test (MUET), focusing on Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking components.

The ideal candidate should have strong English proficiency, experience teaching MUET or other English exams, and the ability to guide students toward achieving their targeted band scores.

Responsibilities

• Teach MUET preparation classes for individual students or small groups.
• Provide effective strategies for all four components (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
• Assess student strengths and weaknesses and create tailored lesson plans.
• Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Deliver lessons either online or in-person (at ACE Education centres or student’s home).

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language with clear communication skills.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in MUET preparation.
• Familiarity with MUET exam format, strategies, and scoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Teaching certifications (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are an advantage.
