Strong experience in Loyalty domain and Knowledge on Salesforce Cloud products (Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM).

Take up on-call rotation role and provide 24/7 technical support.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently, provide Root cause analysis, and provider permanent resolution.

Graphical reporting for the health of supported systems.

Coordination with respective product owner(s) for strategic enhancements to improve the systems’ resilience.

Technical competencies

Experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (Java, PLSQL).

Strong hands-on experience of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and moderate knowledge NoSQL databases (like MongoDB, Dynamo DB).

Proficiency in cloud platforms and cloud architecture (AWS).

Experience in designing and using APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.

Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations and security architecture.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools(GitHub).

Awareness of emerging technologies in Fintech, such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.

Proficiency in architectural design tools (Visio, Draw.io).
