Multi Drop Driver

We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely across designated routes, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including vans or lorries, on designated delivery routes
• Deliver parcels and goods to multiple locations within specified timeframes
• Load and unload items, often requiring heavy lifting, with care and attention to safety
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and completing delivery logs
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Follow all road safety regulations and company policies during daily operations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers to confirm delivery schedules or resolve issues
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times during deliveries

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles
• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., car, van, or lorry)
• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record
• Experience working in warehouse environments or handling heavy lifting tasks is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers
• Organised with the ability to plan efficient routes and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and professionalism throughout the shift
