Multi-Family Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

T&R Properties is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Maintenance Service Supervisor that will be responsible for maintaining our apartment communities. The right candidate will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately, and completely.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
• Assist in ordering and reviewing inventory

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience
• One year of supervisory experience required
• Expertise in general plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work
• HVAC certification
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must have own hand tools
• Passing a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
