Today we seek a Multi-Property Maintenance Technician for River Mews Apartments, a vibrant community of 645 apartments and townhomes, offering a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. In addition, you’ll support Mill Creek Landing Apartments in Hampton, VA—a waterfront community of 54 apartments—by handling on-call responsibilities as needed. This provides the best of both worlds: the chance to thrive in a bustling environment at River Mews while also contributing to a smaller community nearby.

A skilled, driven, and versatile Multi-Property Maintenance Technician who is ready to thrive in a dual-location position, bringing expertise and passion to both communities.
