POSITION SUMMARY

Under minimal supervision, this position plays a vital role in supporting patient care by ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate transport of medical specimens, documentation, and essential supplies across multiple designated routes. The Courier serves as a key representative of Sonora Quest Laboratories, providing reliable service and maintaining strong working knowledge of various delivery paths and schedules.

This role begins each shift in Flagstaff, Arizona, and includes regular travel to surrounding locations such as Page, Phoenix, Williams, and Payson. The position requires a commitment to professionalism, dependability, and adherence to strict handling and transport protocols to protect specimen integrity and support high-quality laboratory operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a valid State driver’s license, must be 18 years of age, and possess good verbal communication skills.

• Also required is the ability to work a flexible work schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

• Previous courier or medical experience preferred.
