Job Title: Multi-SkilledEngineer (Electrical Bias)
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading globalprovider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We arerecruiting a Multi-Skilled to join the team located in London .
To operate, maintain and manageelectrical and mechanical building services across the site with minimalsupervision. The role includes PPM delivery, reactive maintenance, statutorycompliance, and supporting specialist contractors — ensuring all work iscompleted safely, efficiently and in line with CBRE procedures and QHSEstandards.
KeyResponsibilities
Maintain, repair and operate siteelectrical systems, plant, equipment and building services.
Deliver PPM, reactive tasks andstatutory inspections to compliance standards and deadlines.
Diagnose and complete electricalmaintenance tasks (Electrical bias; must hold a recognised Level 3 electricalqualification or equivalent).
Support mechanical, HVAC, watersystems and general building fabric tasks when needed.
Update CAFM systems with accuratetask status, notes and compliance documentation.
Follow CBRE QHSE procedures,ensuring safe systems of work and adherence to legislation.
Liaise with, induct and supervisespecialist contractors across electrical disciplines.
Maintain a clean, safe andprofessional working environment at all times.
Participate in training, toolboxtalks and technical development activities.
Carry out additional duties orsupport work required by CBRE Management or the client.
PersonSpecification/Requirements
Education& Training
Goodgeneral education with strong written and verbal communication skills.
RecognisedLevel 3 electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds2365/2330, or equivalent).
Apprenticeshipor formal electrical training programme preferred.
Additionalknowledge of mechanical or building fabric trades beneficial.
Experience
Strongworking knowledge of commercial electrical systems, distribution boards,lighting, containment and associated plant.
Experienceworking on PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings.
Understandingof safe electrical isolation procedures and permit ‑ to ‑ work processes.
Goodawareness of H&S practices and risk assessment requirements.
