Multi-Skilled Operations Executive (Procurement / Accounts / Admin / HR)

Our company is looking for a highly versatile and experienced Operations Executive who can confidently handle Procurement, Accounts, Administration, and Human Resources. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to manage multiple functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
- Source, negotiate, and finalize materials/services for fit-out and landscaping projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Accounts
- Manage basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and coordinating with the external accountant/auditor.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, documentation, filing, and coordination across departments.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and project documentation.
Human Resources
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, maintain attendance/leave records, and support HR compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar multifunctional role.
- Mandatory experience in the fit-out and/or landscaping industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE procurement processes and industry suppliers.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; accounting software knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
