Multi-Skilled Operations Executive (Procurement / Accounts / Admin / HR)

We are hiring ONE exceptional candidate only.

Our company is looking for a highly versatile and experienced Operations Executive who can confidently handle Procurement, Accounts, Administration, and Human Resources. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to manage multiple functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

  • Source, negotiate, and finalize materials/services for fit-out and landscaping projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

Accounts

  • Manage basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and coordinating with the external accountant/auditor.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, documentation, filing, and coordination across departments.
  • Maintain company records, contracts, and project documentation.

Human Resources

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, maintain attendance/leave records, and support HR compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar multifunctional role.
  • Mandatory experience in the fit-out and/or landscaping industry in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE procurement processes and industry suppliers.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; accounting software knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
