Multi-Skilled Technician

We are looking for a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to perform a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner

Assist with installation of new systems and equipment

Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions

Carry out minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairs

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies

Respond to emergency repair requests and support critical systems as needed

Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required

Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in one or more trades preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-trade maintenance or technician role

Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and/or carpentry systems

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and communication skills

Valid driver’s license will be preferable.
