Job Summary

A renowned palace in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to join the Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems to ensure the palace facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, luxury, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures and implement timely repairs.
• Maintain lighting systems, power distribution, and emergency backup systems.
• Repair and maintain water supply systems, drainage, pumps, and fixtures.
• Assist in maintaining air conditioning systems, chillers, and ventilation units.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
• Support renovation and refurbishment projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in luxury hospitality, palaces, or high-end residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
