Position Overview:
This role combines the strategic oversight of a district leader, the hands-on coaching of a sales trainer, and the operational discipline of a multi-store manager. You'll be on the floor, in the field, and a crucial piece of leadership: driving sales, developing people, and ensuring both stores run at the top of our Quality Assurance Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Coaching
- Drive sales performance across assigned stores, ensuring both locations meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct live, in-the-moment coaching with sales teams to model best practices and close sales.
- Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement targeted strategies to improve closing, quality, and delivery.
Talent Development & Training
- Train new hires to deliver consultative, high-impact customer experiences from Day 1.
- Partner with store managers to build a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning.
- Mentor team members for growth, preparing high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Retrain struggling team members to bring them back on top.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards across assigned locations (Naples and Fort Myers).
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
- Manage store systems including POS, CRM, LMS, and HRIS to ensure accurate reporting and customer communication.
Project & Performance Management
- Lead local area initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities.
- Serve as the communication bridge between store teams and upper leadership.
Qualifications:
- A proven sales leader with 5+ years of multi-unit retail or training experience.
- A hands-on coach who thrives in the field and leads by example.
- Obsessed with results, data-driven, and relentless in pursuit of excellence.
- Exceptionally organized, with a knack for bringing structure to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport across teams.
- Willing and able to travel between Naples and Fort Myers locations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 55K+ Commission + Bonus
